Depending on your preference, I can work on your copy in any of the following ways:

• Track Changes feature in Microsoft Word documents

• British Standards Institution (BSI) symbols – either on hard copy or digitally

• Commenting tools to mark up PDFs in Adobe Acrobat and slide decks in Microsoft PowerPoint

• Within your own content management system (web editing only).

British English is my first language and I also speak German, French and basic Italian. I have excellent attention to detail, exacting standards and a professional yet personal approach.

My background in languages had a heavy focus on syntax and grammar – I genuinely relish the details other people tend to dread. Quality editing involves keeping an eye on the wider aspects too, and I carefully consider the intended audience and visual appeal of the material.
